Just steps away from the neighborhood beach and 5 miles from downtown Lexington our multi-generational family cottage has so much to offer for a slower paced, relaxing vacation creating memories!

This wonderful 1500 sq. ft. home is situated a couple minutes north of Port Huron. There is plenty of room for the entire family - sleeps 10. Several nearby beaches. Go south to Port Huron or north to Lexington to enjoy all that the area has to offer including: beaches, parks, shopping, and restaurants! Lakeport State Park & Fort Gratiot county park are close by! Property is shared by 2 other Airbnb houses, also available to rent. Parking is shared. No pets allowed. No parties.

Our cottage has a wonderful "Up North Feel" in a small quiet neighborhood with several beach accesses for guests to use. The cottage sits on a very large lot that has a great backyard with a Fire Pit area to hangout at when not at the beach. Inside the cottage, there are 2 living areas with TV's (one is very cozy with a natural fireplace) and a sun room / sitting area that connects them. There is also a well stocked kitchen for cooking meals that is open to the small dining room.

Enter from the parking lot into the upper level of these two-story condos with central air. Boat dock is available during your stay, if you bring your boat or come in by boat.
