Rivervilla is a self contained 2 bedroom unit attached to the main dwelling you are autonomous. It is located on the pine river just north of Brisbane , minutes to the airport, shopping precincts like DFO, North lakes and Chermside. Across the road on the banks of the river you can stroll down to the Rocks Cafe 220m for a coffee. The nearby beaches and parks are very popular for swimming, picnics, fishing, kayaking and standup paddle boarding. The Redcliffe Peninsula is well serviced with public transport should you wish to go to Brisbane.
