La Casita Next Door a Desert Oasis

Close to hiking trails, ball parks, Midwestern University, ASU West and main thoroughfares (I-17, 51, 101, & 303). After a day of working hard or hardly working enjoy a swim in the beautiful pool or stretch out on the chaise lounges. Relax on the patio swing, taking in the serenity of a yard fringed with tall trees and green grass. During our chilly desert nights head for the fire pit to warm your toes or toast marshmallows. Interior pluses include Smart TVs, surround-sound stereo, a walk-in tile-and-glass shower with a relaxing rain head and a very comfortable queen bed! We mostly leave it up to our guests. Ask the hosts to provide bicycles and then head for the bike path in nearby Conocido Park. Walk to supermarkets, restaurants, and churches, with Arrowhead Mall also close. Local hiking trails include North Mountain, Piestewa Peak, and Dreamy Draw. Park & Ride 1 mile away. Light Rail to Dowtown/Tempe approx. 6 miles away.

Our Casita features 1 room with a king bed, 1 bathroom, and a patio that faces west to enjoy Arizona's beautiful sunsets. We have a very steep driveway, and a full flight of stairs to the casita. If you have trouble walking or have knee and/or breathing problems, this is not the place for you.

This Private Casita is secure and hidden away. The Lush Garden and Enclosed Courtyard with BBQ can be used for Outside Dining, and a full Kitchen with cookware are included. Beautiful Tile Shower in private Bathroom. Living room Sofa converts easily to a double size sleeping Bed. Coffee are Tea are available as a courtesy. Private and Secure Parking. Come and go as you like. We are Pet friendly so please check for the fees, $40 per pet.
