Located in a sleepy little beach town that time forgot. Where ancient palms shade your path and prehistoric creatures still roam the land. The slow monday sits on the edge of protected forest (a cassowary corridor) just a stroll from the beach. A modern take on the classic Australian beach shack, the house is designed for the Queensland tropics. There are two pavilions, one for living and the other for sleeping, all with large glass sliding doors that open up to let the environment in.

Alva Breeze a recently refurbished 3 bedroom air conditioned beach house located near Ayr (between Townsville and the Whitsundays). Relax and enjoy the beach life, fishing or crabbing, beautiful sunsets or watching the prolific bird life. It's the perfect beach to enjoy wind or kitesurfing, or take the opportunity to explore the world famous S.S Yongala wreck with the local Yongala Dive Company operating from Alva Beach.

Private Garden Cottage

Come and enjoy your stay at our peaceful two-bedroom garden cottage. The location is central 1km to the CBD, cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets. Centenary Park and bus stop are within walking distance. . We have renovated and decorated this genuine old town cottage so you can lay back and relax. Our two rooms are fully airconditioned and share a bathroom. The big wooden windows allow a glimpse into the colorful garden.

A self contained caravan for upto 3 people. Nestled amongst beautiful native gardens and with access to private pristine creek. A great place to unwind, the only sounds you will hear are the birds and the rustle of leaves. Private outdoor composting toilet and hot shower on site. BBQ facilities available. Not suitable for children under the age of 12 years. We have 2 dogs Molly and Bill & 4 free range chickens.
