It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

The charming blue holiday home is situated on a quiet road at the north end of Chapel St Leonards. 500 metres to the south is the centre of the village with a traditional seaside resort flavour of cafes, bars, shops and arcades. For a quieter vibe, head north along the beach, via Chapel Point to vast stretches of sandy coastline, coastal country park and wonderful walking, cycling and nature spotting possibilities.

The property is located in the quieter North part of the town, however it's only a 10 minute walk to the town centre. From the kitchen are double french doors onto the deck. Our bungalow is nestled at the end of a very quiet residential cul de sac in the Winthorpe area of Skegness (about 1 mile in either direction to Skegness North beach or Winthorpe (both dog friendly) Parking space right outside front door. 1 sm/med well behaved dog is very welcome. 3 minute walk to lovely footpaths across the fields.
