Our separate/detached one room casita is private and has it's own entrance. It comfortably fits 2 guests located on the NW side of Abq, in a quiet established neighborhood. Casita is located in front of main house to the left as you enter the courtyard, Parking is in the street. Pets are allowed with an added $40 pet fee, please add to reservation at time of booking. Pets must be crated if left in unattended. No matter how well-trained or well-behaved a pet may be, accidents sometimes happen.

Private courtyard and private gated parking with opener. 2.7 miles to Balloon Fiesta Park; watch balloons land in the adjacent field during Balloon Fiesta. Shop & dine nearby yet located in a quiet country setting near walking paths in the Rio Grande Bosque. This unique place has a style all its own. Modern, BoHo, and newly renovated guest casita centrally located in downtown/Old Town area. Studio with sleeping loft and kitchenette. Walkable downtown neighborhood close to Old Town Plaza, Nobhill, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and parks. Private courtyard and access to a lush backyard. Easily accessible to freeway. ONE SMALL DOG welcome without host approval, anything else needs host approval.

Our lovely, private casita in central Albuquerque is decorated with original art and located within easy walking distance of the University of New Mexico north campus golf course and UNM Hospital/School of Law. The kitchenette has granite counter tops and custom LED lighting. We have a private landscaped garden with sitting areas to enjoy hummingbirds and roadrunners. Wi-Fi and cable TV incl.
