We welcome you to step back in time and enjoy a restful weekend of rural leisure in the welcoming Hudson Valley countryside. The LOFT is a large comfortable very private room with en suite and private entry. The house has been welcoming guest since 1751, and we are happy to share that history of hospitality with you. Our location is right at the cross roads of the Mid Hudson Valley, it literally takes only minutes to drive to; Rhinebeck, the Kingston waterfront or Kingston Stockade District, and 15 minutes to Woodstock or Bard College. Additionally there is another beautifully appointed room available on property for people or families traveling together who need two rooms. Although we are considered a B&B, don't expect breakfast. What you will find in your room - is a bowl of seasonal fruit and some local baked goods along side a Keurig coffeemaker and a compact refrigerator stocked with half and half and yogurt to start your morning off with. Garden space and terrace. We try and stay out of our guests way, often even arranging to leave a key out. We want our guest to be able to arrive whenever they want, with no pressure or time schedule to keep. That being said we are always just a call away and can provide expert advice on what to see, where to be seen, and great places to dine. There is no shortage of things to do in the area, so it is helpful to have a savvy local host help winnow out the options, don't be afraid to ask! The Benjamin Ten Broeck House is located on Flatbush Road, just north of Kingston. With easy access to Rhinebeck and Kingston, the house is also close to Saugerties and Woodstock. Amtrak and Uber now available! 10 minutes from Rhinecliff train station. Exceptional clean, well fitted out with comfortable furniture, British country life motifs abound, quality linens, and perfect privacy abounds. Loose yourself in time, in a space designed for easy comfort and relaxation!

Historic Burrell House Inn, Keene NH, "Birch Room"

The Burrell House Inn has been lovingly restored, combining historic charm with the modern amenities. We're an easy walk to downtown Keene, the heart of the Monadnock region. There are indoor and outdoor common areas for all guests to enjoy. The charming Birch Room offers a full size bed with organic linens, temp control, premium cable, wi-fi, private parking, and a private full bath. Fresh cotton towels, soaps, and shampoos are provided. There is a counter, mini fridge, micro, and coffeemaker.

Egan Inn: John Egan Studio

A perfect country respite, the Egan Inn is located in a heritage brick building overlooking the Bonnechere River in Eganville, ON. An easy 1.5 hours from Ottawa for a weekend getaway. Situated above Fifth Chute Coffee & Bread, the best coffee and sourdough bread between Ottawa and Toronto. Longer stays (a week, a month, 3 months, etc) are welcome! Great for working remotely, focusing on a creative project, or taking a rest from it all. Please note this room is situated above a restaurant.

The Birch & Berry Inn Hinesburg, VT- Berry Sunrise

Winter is happening in Vermont and we would love to host your trip. More than "just another Airbnb" the Birch & Berry Inn and Farm is a quintessential Vermont country inn and farm. An easy drive to Burlington, local colleges, UVM and the Airport with hiking, and recreational activities close by. The inn is walking distance to Hinesburg restaurants, shops, and breweries. We have friendly goats who love visitors. We can also offer "special packages" such as wine upon arrival, just ask!

The Lofts @ 42 - Queen City Room

The Lofts@42 offer the unique experience of lodging inside an actual production brewery. 42 North Brewing Company is located in the historic village of East Aurora, NY. This type of "brewcation" is one-of a-kind in the state of New York. The Queen City Room features decor representing historic, industrial Buffalo. Images from the city's grain silos and original molds from the Buffalo Foundry & Machine Co. adorn the walls. A juliet balcony overlooks the brewery's beer garden below.

Historic Hall House with its distinctive Greek Revival colonnade is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It is the oldest house in Brookville (circa 1848) and has recently been completely restored inside and out. Hall House features 5 deluxe guest rooms each with private entrance, fireplace and modern bath. There is a large Painting Gallery and Sunroom where continental breakfast is provided. A small kitchen is also available to guests.
