The Family Casita Santa Fe/ Pojoaque

The Family Casita is the guest wing to a family home with a private separate entrance. This is a large elegant adobe with thick walls that keep it cool in the summer and provide old world charm. A very spacious 900 square foot studio space, it has two original fireplaces, one in the eat-in kitchen, and one in the main room. There is a beautiful hand painted king sized bed and a Euro Lounger (that converts to a double bed), separated by a privacy wall. Dogs welcome. Sorry can't accept cats.

Southside Retreat

Quiet suite on the southside of Santa Fe designed for relaxation. Located in Southside near 599 & 20 minutes away from the Plaza. Main room is studio style with small living area, Queen sized bed and eating/work area. Kitchen area with everything a coffee or tea lover wants—microwave, water kettle, drip coffee maker, air fryer, and small fridge with a freezer. Walk in shower & natural light in bathroom. The suite is part of our house with a shared wall, but has its own entrance & patio.

Conveniently located 20-minutes east of Santa Fe along the I-25 and 15 min west of Pecos, our private suite is ideal for seeing ALL the sights. We offer a queen bed in the main bedroom and a number of other sleeping arrangements in the rest of the suite. There is a kitchen and 1 bathroom. Perfect place for quiet and nature, up against the Sandia Wilderness and in the mountains next to Albuquerque. Slightly cooler for the altitude, our place is a respite from the heat but only 10 to 30 minutes from everything in the city. Conveniently located near trails, the tram, and the balloon fiesta. Please note we are on a dirt road with a few bumpy spots. ***** NOTE: FROM DECEMBER 1 THROUGH FEBRUARY 28 THE WEATHER NECESSITATES ALL WHEEL OR 4 WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLES.

I do accept pets, regardless of what it might say elsewhere in this listing. There is a $12 per pet fee per night to be left in cash on departure.
