The full laundry and a bathroom with a shower are located on this level. The upper-level bedroom has a queen-sized bed, 38-inch TV, a loft and deck with panoramic ocean views.

We welcome your furry companions for a $20 fee. Please kennel pets if left unattended.

This new 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is situated between two lakes in the Acadian region of Grand Étang, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. Situated just off the Cabot Trail with a nature trail directly behind the house that leads you into the highlands of Cape Breton. Grab your fishing pole and head to the lake just below the house or grab a towel and enjoy a fresh water swim just minutes down the road.

There are also two groundlevel tent pads and a grove of mature pine trees perfect for tent hammocks. Grab your camp gear and spend some time at The Perch lakeside!
