Buiten wacht een ruime tuin waar je in alle privacy ontspant in de houtgestookte hottub of sauna, of samen geniet bij de buitenhaard met barbecue. Perfect voor een ontspannen weekend, midweek escape of rustige workation.

De royale woning beschikt over 2 verdiepingen en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Boven vind je 1 slaapkamer met een badkamer en een apart toilet. Op de begane grond bevindt zich een prachtige open keuken, een sfeervolle woonkamer met houtkachel, toilet en slaapbank. De woning is tevens voorzien van een zeer royale tuin (1000 m2) en een overdekt terras.

Het huis is gelegen op slechts 5 minuten wandelen van het gezellige stadscentrum van Weert en 6 minuten van het treinstation.
