The Fishing House is the perfect home base to enjoy relaxing, fishing, wakeboarding, swimming and boating on the Delta. This Island getaway is designed to show you the lazy river lifestyle, opposite of the hustle and bustle of every day life. Views of Mt Diablo, bird and marine life galore plus lots of local bars on the water. Fully equipped 2 bed 2 bath open plan home is perfect for a family or small group of friends! Please note: there are stairs to get to main entry. Relax and enjoy!!

The French Door

This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, desk and a brand new queen sized bed, the location is great if you work at the lab or if visiting family in the area.

Sweet Suite!

Our typical guest has grandkids or children that live in our area, is in town for work or is traveling from just about anywhere in the world. Guests have said they like being close to SF at a very reasonable price. We're a family home so you can hear our family when we are in the kitchen. The Sweet Suite is behind our kitchen. Our kids have grown up doing Airbnb so they work to be as quiet as they can when guests are in the Sweet Suite. There is no doubt you will hear us at some point.

The incredible 1 acre lot, intersected by the spring-fed Galindo Creek has plentiful on-site parking!

Ideal location close to Walnut Creek, San Francisco, Berkeley, Silicon Valley, Napa Wine Country. Great for solo adventurers, business travelers, couples, & families w/ kids. Host family w/ kids lives upstairs. Occasional noise, but kids are usually in bed by 9 & up no earlier than 7.

Come and relax in our calm, stylish guesthouse. You will be surrounded by an urban lavender farm with 300+ plants to enjoy! Mt. Diablo view 2 Bedroom/ King & Queen Suite

Our private 2 bedroom suite with amazing views of Mt. Diablo is located in a suburb of San Francisco and Berkeley called Lafayette in the East Bay. We neighbor Walnut Creek and are close to Hwys. 24/680. We are a 5-8 minute drive to the Lafayette BART station. San Francisco is a 25 minute train ride and when there is no traffic a quick 30 minute drive to downtown SF (with traffic add another 15-20 minutes). CAL or St. Mary's College bound? We are about 15-20 minutes away.

Let the summer air take you in as you sit waterfront watching the sea lions make their migration through the labyrinth of California waterways. Pick up a harbor provided fishing pole to test your luck at the evening catch.. if the fish prove to allusive that evening enjoy a short stroll down to main street for dining at one of the many great island restaurants! Our charming cottage is a relaxing retreat in the city! Our sweet cabin is small and cozy set in an expansive garden oasis. We offer a unique experience for those interested in a beautiful and tranquil escape in the heart of the city. The cottage is at the back of our large garden with views of our beautiful urban farm with a pond, chickens and goats! Families with up to 2 children are best suited for the loft because of the low ceiling. No more than 2 adults please.

Cozy Cottage Near the River

Clean and private, a standalone dwelling separated from my own residence by a parking pad. Small 2bd/1bath cottage. A 2 minute walk to the Sacramento River, bars, and restaurants. Boat launch is practically across the street. The kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, pots, coffee maker, etc. (Just please clean up after yourself) There is WiFi, but it is not always reliable so I haven’t listed it as an amenity but it usually works well for the tv.
