Hermosa casa con excelente y estratégica ubicación, ideal para conocer las 3 zonas turísticas de Oaxaca caminando. Se encuentra ubicada en una de las áreas más seguras de la ciudad de Oaxaca, a tan solo 3 minutos en auto del Barrio de Jalatlaco (7 minutos caminando), 5 minutos en auto del centro histórico (12 minutos caminando) y 5 minutos en auto de Xochimilco (10 minutos caminando). La casa esta remodelada, es muy amplia y cuenta con un hermoso jardín y decoración inspirada en los magueyes.

La decoración de la casa es de estilo mexicano moderno está bastante iluminada sus tres habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado esta ubicada en uno de los barrios más representativos y bellos de la ciudad dentro del centro histórico, el barrio de Xochimilco, la zona es muy tranquila a su alrededor encontraras museos , iglesias , tiendas y restaurantes de los más visitados , también está el Mercado tradicional Sanchez Pascuas y “ La cosecha” mercado orgánico a tan solo una cuadra de la casa.

Rustic upstairs studio in a 17th c. old bldg. Its colonial style and many plants keep the heat off during the hottest months making the room a bit dark- but you'll have a sunny terrace. Culture, food, shops within walking distance. Nothing like staying in a centric place and be able to stay out late in a very safe zone! 60Mbps internet A dog and a cat live in the property.
