Comfortably updated beach home. 1 block to the beach and close to the shops and restaurants of downtown OC. Our 1st floor beach home features 4 bedrooms and two full baths. You can comfortably sleep 10-12 people. 2 K beds, 1 F bed, 1 T bed and 2 bunk beds (T/F). Large fully equipped kitchen is fully stocked with everything but food. You will have full access to the entire first floor, wrap around porch, and 3 parking spaces. You will need to supply sheets, towels, and paper products.

With a short 10-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, this unit is ideal to call home for your beach vacation!

Enjoy a newly renovated, fully stocked kitchen, two large decks, beach toys+chairs. There is wifi & TVs in the bedroom - the living room has cable + streaming & the bedroom tvs are streaming only. Summer is 7 night minimum rental — Saturday to Saturday for summer 2027 season.
