We have a gem of a granny flat attached at the back end of our home. It comes with its own entrance less than 800 meters from the stunning northern beaches of WA! Modern and super comfortable, offered is a kitchenette, ensuite, seperate bedroom and outdoor patio space with a your own BBQ. Across the road is a fabulous Italian coffee shop/ cafe, pharmacy, IGA, fish & chips, bottle shop etc Joondalup award winning golf course, hospital and shopping centre are all less than a 10 min drive away

Modern 1 Bed Self-contained Kitchenette Unit

1 Bedroom unit with separate lounge/dining, kitchenette/Laundry, bathroom, toilet and TV. Kitchenette only has microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge, possibly only suitable for two weeks max. Entrance via side gate, with lockbox for keys. Ideal for visiting friends and family in the area, beach only 1km away and Joondaup City Centre only 5kms. At Hillary's you can take the ferry to Rottnest. The most beautiful island in WA. Only a few minutes away you have shopping centres, Cafe's, Restaurants and Joondalup Hospital. To get to the city we can offer you a ride to the train station. The bus stop is just a 4 min walk away.

ECU Campus, Lakeside Shopping Centre, Joondalup Health Campus and Joondalup Golf Resort are a 5 minute car journey away. Excellent access to public transport, bus stop is a 1 minute walk away & train station is a 15 minute walk away.

Mullaloo Beach Haven is perfectly situated in a quiet neighbourhood only 15 minutes’ walk from the clear, turquoise waters and white sands of beautiful Mullaloo Beach. This modern and spacious one-bedroom apartment is also within a quick walk to the local grocery store (3 mins) and just a short bus ride (5 mins) to the Westfield shopping centre with restaurants, bars and a cinema.
