This new, very private apartment attached to our home is in a quiet and picturesque environment minutes away from Dock Square. It's great for couples, solo adventurers and families with one child. If you are seeking to spend the day at one of the beautiful Kennebunk beaches they are just minutes away. The floor plan features an open-concept kitchen with farm-sink, stainless appliances, floating oak shelving, & is fully equipped with the needed essentials. A private terrace off the bedroom with retractable awning & bistro table set is an ideal space to enjoy a book or soak up the sun.

Located right on historic Route 24, we are conveniently situated between Brunswick & the islands of Harpswell. All rooms have ocean views. The tidal beach & the floating dock (May-Dec) is ideal for seasonal fishing, lounging & swimming.

This 1- bedroom apartment is a half mile walk to Cape Neddick Beach, yet tucked away in the privacy of the woods. When the surf is up you can hear the waves crashing on the nearby rocky cove and the clang of the ocean bell buoy. Also conveniently located within 3 miles of York Beach, Ogunquit, Cape Neddick Golf Course, and the Cliff House Resort. Cape Neddick has it all: coastal cliffs, a sandy beach, a scenic river, hiking trails, and fine dining.

Our spacious 3 room, 1,200 square foot historic (c. 1670) one bedroom apartment for two guests has exposed beams, wide pine floors, full bath, kitchenette, and is just a short walk to Long Sands Beach or a short drive to York Beach, York Harbor, or York Village.
