Family Cottage on Williamstown Lake Near the Ark!

Cottage is 660 SF, 2 bedroom. One room has a queen bed. Second bedroom is a bunk bed best suited for children. The common space has a day bed with a second pull up trundle bed. Access to the owners dock and use of Kayak and paddle board when a waiver is signed. 15 Minutes to the Ark and 1 Hour to the Creation Museum & Cincinnati. Cottage attached to owners house by an outdoor breezeway and has it's own large deck and lake access. No Dishwasher or Washer/Dryer ID verify at checkin

Hilltop Hide-Away

Hilltop Hide-Away is nestled on top of Mad River Mountain. You can walk/ski right to the lift; directly from the property, during the winter. Hiking on the mountain is always fun in the summer months. Enjoy horseback riding? You are minutes away from Marmon Valley Horse Farm! If exploring is your thing...check out the Ohio Caverns just a few miles down the road. Downtown Bellefontaine is only ten minutes away with lots to offer such as, great eateries, one-of-a-kind shops and boutiques.

Mad River Mountain Camping

Come stay in our travel trailer atop Mad River Mountain Ski Resort!! We have plenty of room for 8 guests but could potentially sleep 11. Our Trailer is in a GATED campground and with in walking distance to the slopes. There is a bathhouse with in about 100 yards from our site. In the warmer months there is a multitude of attractions nearby including, horse back riding, canoeing/kayaking, Ohio Caverns and Zane Caverns, and Indian Lake is only 15 mins away to go fishing, swimming, rent a boat.

Experience the only ski-in ski-out condos on the slopes of Winterplace Ski Resort just minutes from I-77 for convenient year-round access. This peaceful third-floor, three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has added privacy with no neighbors above you and spectacular views of the ski slopes. There is separation between the sleeping areas, making it ideal for families. Primary had en suite bathroom while other bathroom is between bedroom and bunk/mudroom on opposite side of the condo.

Sitting right in the Village near shops, restaurants, and slopes, Seneca 219 is a spacious two bedroom that was newly renovated in 2023. This unit offers luxury accommodations such as a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and open living space with updated furnishings, flat screen TVs, gas burning fireplace, and large balcony with seating. This unit has one king bed in the master bedroom, and one queen bed in the guest bedroom plus a sleeper sofa in the living area.

Home sits on 62.5 acres next to Lake Shelbyville, one of Illinois largest lakes, overlooking Country Club Cove. Airbnb unit is 40 yards from waters edge with natural walking paths down to the lake. Public boat launches, and 2 parks are 7-10 minutes drive from the property. The north entrance to the Dacey Trail bike and walking paths are 1/4 mile from the property entrance. Horseback riding on the property is allowed with prior approval only.

Enjoy this cozy and unique tiny house perched atop of Mad River Mountain Ski Resort! The tiny house provides a fun and peaceful getaway while still being 15 minutes away from downtown Bellefontaine. Owner of Rusty Fig Redesign, interior designer Janet and her two sons purchased the Tiny House and rehabbed it to the wonderful adventure it is today. Come stay at our family labor of love!
