Upstairs you’ll find full bathroom, bedroom 1: king bed, bedroom 2: loft w/ futon twin sz, bedroom 3: full bed. Yard w/a deck, fire pit (March-Dec) and a watch markers shop, not restored. It is conveintly located just 1.5 miles south of I-64 at exit 11. 3.5 miles from downtown Huntington. Great stop for travelers, sporting events, groups, Marshall football, soccer, track, Hospital, or events. Private and level parking for two at the house and large rv/trailer parking at the entrance. Private, safe, no neighbors, and clean.
