As our name implies, this spacious loft-style apartment on the top floor above "Sigourney Mercantile" awaits after you CLIMB up TWO flights of stairs (no elevators, sorry, so pack accordingly)! Once you reach the "summit” of your climb up the stairs, take a step back in time with retro-style furnishings & modern comforts of home. Kids are welcome. However, please note this is a loft-style apartment so beware it is not completely child-proof due to its design

The Milk House is a unique space located in the countryside, between Iowa City and Kalona. This 700 square foot home has ample parking and room for four adults. The house is well appointed with a full kitchen, two luxurious queen beds, wifi and a Smart TV. Guests are invited to explore our 20-acre working farm with lots of livestock and two friendly dogs. Our apartment in the country is located approximately 4 miles from the main highway on a gravel road. The apartment is attached to our farmhouse but it has its own private entrance and the apartment is all your own space.
