We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. Our one-bedroom apartment is located in the peaceful area of Olympic Valley, in a dead-end street with limited traffic which add to your retreat. You'll have your own entrance which gives you your privacy. You can enjoy walking along the beautiful Olympic Valley meadow to the Village (0.8 miles) or walk through the quiet neighborhood...or be right there driving. Hiking Granite Peak or Shirley Canyon, biking along the meadow and the Truckee River to Tahoe City, Downhill skiing, snowshoeing.

The Resort at Winding Creek

This is a very comfortable four bedroom four bath mountain chalet. The home has recently been remodeled and the bathrooms are a definite highlight. It has a very functional kitchen with commercial gas range, and dishwasher. There is a cozy wood burning fireplace. Exterior gas grill. Covered Hot tub area, and plenty of parking. Although there is a garage, it is reserved for the owners use. A Placer County tax of 12% is applied and is payable above and beyond all Airbnb charges.

Also during your stay, you won’t have to deal with early morning ski traffic.
