Entire 1300 sq ft upper level(tenants reside in the bottom level) is perfect for families or small groups, nestled on a serene 10-acre lot. Inside, enjoy a well-appointed living area, fully equipped kitchen, and three inviting bedrooms. A perfect getaway close to everything!! *note we do use the dressers and bedroom closets for storage, so they aren’t available, but there is plenty of other space available for your storage!

Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, oak, pine & sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.

Our home is a 1900’s historic beauty with modern updates (we love air conditioning ;). We're just blocks to the sandy beach, lighthouse, restaurants, and downtown Manistee. All rooms are on the main floor. Guests have exclusive access to enjoy the house, large backyard w/firepit and grill, and games in partial basement. *Note: The entire house has a separate one-bedroom apartment upstairs with a separate entrance & deck available for booking. Our blissful bungalow, perfectly located on the sprawling 242 acre Bar Lake, has an open and bright floor plan and offers two bedrooms, a naturally lit living room, a fully stocked kitchen, and a wonderful waterfront view.
