The location is in the city center, next to the Fortress. The apartment includes a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and hall. The bedroom is equipped with everything needed for a restful sleep. The kitchen has specific furniture and pretty much everything needed for a pleasant stay: microwave, refrigerator, TV, toaster, etc. There is a terrace with an umbrella and a table where you can have a snack or smoke. There is free WiFi, cable TV, and Netflix. Parking is allowed on the street, free of charge.

Renovata integral la inceputul anului 2024, Pensiunea Regal este situata intr-una din cele mai populare statiuni Balneo-climaterice Baile 1 Mai, la 5 km de Oradea si 1.5 km de Baile Felix. Capacitatea unitatii este de 12 persoane, oaspetii putand fi cazati in 6 dormitoare, cu baie proprie fiecare. Facilitatile includ: - terasa mare cu spatiu de gratar si ceaun, - loc de joaca exterior pentru copii cu trambulina - gradina mare, cu teren de volei si teren de fotbal - parcare proprie gratuita.
