Top shelf skiing at Sugarbush is near, along with Vermont's finest grub and beer.

Welcome to CAMP TREETOPS, located in the heart of the beautiful Vermont mountains. Our cabin is nestled at the top of a private mountain, surrounded by breathtaking views of Killington, Pico mountains, and the White River. Originally purchased from a Sears & Roebuck catalog as a hunting cabin owned by the same family until 2019. The cabin has since been transformed into its original vintage classic camp décor with antique furnishings and unique vintage finds that take you back in time.

Lay in bed and look out the huge picture window at the farm. You might see cats climbing trees, hummingbirds, snowflakes falling, lightning storms and many more beautiful moments. We have a Wolf, don't be alarmed she is as friendly as can be and will greet you and escort you to the cabin. If you like nature, animals, walking in the forest, cuddling up by the wood stove, then this is the place for you. The cabin is surrounded by gorgeous perennial gardens. We are located in the hills of central VT, close to good hiking, skiing and swimming. Disconnect to reconnect! Our homestead is based on permaculture landscape design. Relax by the living pool, unwind in the traditional sauna, or kick back in an Adirondack chair looking out at the hills of VT. We have an ideal environment for digital detox. Cozy converted artists’ studio, tucked in the hills at the end of a country road. Open the French door to views of a sprawling garden and rolling fields, alight with fireflies in the spring and bursting with color in the fall. Warm yourself by the wood burning stove after winter fun or unwind with a local microbrew by the fire pit, listening to the Whippoorwills on a summer evening. Beautiful in all seasons, this modern, comfy cottage is the perfect place to get away from it all.

Camping on a Private Pond

A serene place in nature to unplug and unwind. It's private and quiet with the exception of the sound of the running brook. (NO WIFI or CELL service at the cabin) May come to the house if you need to get in touch during your stay. There is local hiking and two large lakes close by. Farmer's markets and acclaimed theatre are available throughout the Fall Season along with local beer-fests. Most of all, we have one of the most stunning foliage seasons in the country!

Windswept Acres Sugarhouse

Looking for a Rustic adventure? ...the Sugar House is your stop. Well water no longer comes via a hand pump (we just added running hot and cold water!) but there is still an outhouse in the back. A favorite of many of our "regulars" with a great view of the sunrise. You are on 55 acres with a large pond for swimming, fishing, and paddling, plenty of hilltops to hike to and soak in panoramic views... and plenty of privacy.

Treehut - Secluded Treehouse in the Forest

Discover the Treehut, a cozy off-grid escape nestled among four trees that we built by hand. This unique retreat features a tiny wood stove inside, an invigorating outdoor shower (with hot water), and a serene fire pit under the stars. Ideal for nature enthusiasts seeking peace and quiet, yet only 10 minutes from Randolph. Unplug and unwind in this magical hideaway.
