Our place is located on one of the most impressive properties around the Zion/Bryce area! 14 acres of apple trees and farmland surrounded by breathtaking mountain peaks right off highway 89. We are within 5-15 minutes of grocery stores and restaurants and conveniently located only 25 minutes from Zion National park and 55 minutes from Bryce Canyon National park.

The home has been restored to have the modern amenities but many of the original classic features of the home have remained. Enjoy a private hot tub all to your self.

The Little Rock house is 950 SQ FT house equipped with 1 Bedroom containing a King size bed, flat screen smart TV, a bathroom with tile shower, sink and toilet. It has a living space with 2 couches/2 chairs and another flat screen TV. The kitchen has an electric range stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, sink, coffee maker, toaster. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Both bedroom /living room have heater/ac units. Propane BBQ grill. 4 chairs and counter for dining

Mona's Place is a remodeled home on highway 89. It is ideally located close to 3 national parks, one state park, and Lake Powell. The White Mountains seen from the back yard are magnificent. Everything in the home is new except we kept some of "grandma's" things. The home has a country/farm atmosphere. There is a back patio/porch where you can enjoy the sunsets on the White Cliffs, and a back yard with grass. We would love to have you visit Mona's Place.
