Welcome to The View on 87th, we are a 7 minute walk to the historic downtown and beaches (2 min drive). Come stay and enjoy our panoramic view of Osoyoos Lake and Anarchist Mountain. This place will unwind and recharge you in no time. We travel extensively, know what we like, and set this place up as a perfect 2-couple or extended family getaway. We are also pet friendly (not on the beds/furniture please) to responsible owners. Please don't be the person who gets this rule changed.

Our quirky little 1 acre property is located in a quiet rural subdivision, across the historic red bridge. Your suite has two bedrooms with comfy beds, a small bathroom with shower, kitchen, living room and is just over 700 sqft in size. Everyone who comes finds it to be a great escape from the city hustle. 5 minutes from Keremeos and Cawston (or a 20 minute bike ride along a car free path) 35 minutes to Penticton or Osoyoos and 40 minutes to Apex Ski Hill.

We are fully licensed and insured. We have taken extra care in cleaning to ensure your safety, to feel at home and relax in your private patio space over looking the lake. *ADULTS ONLY (21+)/NO PETS Our home is an ADULT ONLY ACCOMMODATION, nestled on a ground fed pond, which is only an 8 minute walk to town and the beach. From every window of the suite is a front row view of the pond, along with orchards, mountains and the golf course. It is a quiet, private, serene setting that feels like your very own oasis. In the centre of wine country. Just above the water with a Breathtaking View of Okanagan Lake. We are located only a short 5 minute drive to some of the most stunning and exquisite wineries in the beautiful Okanagan. Downtown Kelowna is only a 10 minute drive to enjoy some amazing restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Please be aware, we do have young kids that live above the suite. You may hear some pitter patter that starts in the morning.

The Treehouse Suite

The Tree House Suite Peachland Eagles Nest B&B, a place to fall in love, relax, think and plan. The Tree House suite is 440 sq. ft. and will accommodate 1 to 4 guests. The Treehouse Suite is attached to the main house. It is a totally separate and self-contained suite with a private entrance, private deck, full kitchen and laundry. You open the gate and step onto your private deck with an OMG view south of Lake Okanagan.

The spacious and bright ground level suite is air conditioned, and sleeps up to 4 people with a king size bed, and a sofa that easily converts to a queen size bed.

This contemporary retreat is a 550 sq.ft. stand-alone space that boasts a stunning view of nearby vineyards, mountains and Okanagan Lake. Located just off Naramata Road, it is a short stroll or drive from numerous wineries, Naramata village, swimming beaches and KVR walking & biking trail.
