Sunny attic apartment in a quiet part of the city near the center and the forest. The bedroom offers a double bed with a size of 2x2m. There is a sofa in the living room, which can be expanded to a size of 190x150 cm and allows two more people to sleep. In the living room there is a kitchen with stove, sink, refrigerator, dishes. The apartment has wifi and two televisions. The bathroom has a small wooden sauna for max. 2 people. The toilet is separate. You are in the center in 5 minutes on foot.

Perfect for ski holidays, mountain-bike adventures, or a relaxing nature retreat, our cosy home is an ideal base. The surrounding hills offer scenic walks and beautiful views year-round. V Krušných horách nedaleko Karlových Varů a Božího Daru v malé vesnici jsem si vytvořili naše útočiště. S citem rekonstruované podkroví s výhledem do přírody a koupacím sudem na terase (za příplatek) a domácím kinem. Rádi Ti naše místo propůjčíme. K dispozici Ti bude celý prostor včetně terasy. Pomůžeme naplánovat výlet a objevit krásy Krušnohoří. Staráme se o naše místo s láskou a pečlivostí. Chceme, aby ses tu i Ty cítil jako doma. Hory, příroda i lázeňské město od každého je tu trochu!

The cottage accommodates 10 (up to 14) guests and is located in the peaceful village of Zhořec near Bezdružice, offering a perfect place to relax and spend time with family or friends. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, two bathrooms, two double rooms with extra beds, a family room for four, and a cozy attic sleeping area for another four guests. A spacious garden invites relaxation and outdoor activities, while farm animals add to the authentic countryside atmosphere.

We have transformed this hundred years old, newly renovated house into a comfortable mountain backdrop for ourselves and our guests. The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.

After the original cottage burned down in 1987, we designed and built the cottage in its current form within 3 years, and we try to continue to maintain and improve it for our, but especially your, comfort. We wish you a wonderful stay in the fresh air and enjoy the peace, which is exceptional in our area.
