This cozy suite offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, modern amenities, a relaxing atmosphere, and access to a refreshing inground pool and large second story balcony. The entire suite is upstairs in the lodge for stairs are a must to access the property. Large yard has wiffle ball and volleyball!

Sleeps 6 across 3 bedrooms (3 beds). 6-person salt water hot tub (available after 8/22/25), Picnic table, grill. 25-28min to Cooperstown Dreams Park and All Star Village, 20min to Oneonta and Cobleskill. This home was completed in the 1870s and is a jewel in the region (we’re bringing her back to life, but she’s still pretty awesome). The town pool is on the neighboring property, it’s very convenient.

You’ll love my place because of remote and spacious country feel with the convenience of urban living close by. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
