Downtown Franklin is only about a 15 min drive with its great restaurants, craft breweries, gem mining and more! Property is overhanging Middle Creek, one of the most pristine mountain creeks in the county. It is known for its pocket water and plunge pools in the creek with opportunities to catch Brook, Brown and Rainbow trout. We have multiple decks, 2 gazebos and a swing. The yard is landscaped with a multitude of plants. Plants and the sound of the rushing creek create a very peaceful setting. If you like water (adults and kids) you will enjoy this creek. Recommend water shoes because of the rocks.

We have a comfortable Extra House we call it. Extra cozy extra cute Extra House. The house is right on the Tallulah River in Towns County. There is fishing/swimming hole about 100 ' up river and a waterfall up a trail behind the Big House about a 30 minute hike up and back. Longer if you jump in the falls. Trout fishing out the door and 6 miles of fishing along the main road. We have a 250' zipline into a swiming pond or get off before the water. Lots of hiking trails and waterfalls.
