The Round House

Welcome to the Round House! This one-of-a-kind, converted grain silo has everything you need to feel right at home. The bedroom is upstairs. Delta is a gateway to the Western Slope of Colorado. Grand Mesa, Black Canyon National Monument and innumerable outdoor destinations are within a short distance. Please let me know if you are traveling with a dog when you reserve. There is a $30 PER dog fee. No Cats Please. If your stay is longer than 14 days there will be an additional deep cleaning fee.

Sneffels wilderness, downhill skiing in Telluride or Ouray or just to relax in the Hot Springs right across the parking lot. With views out every window and a private deck to take it all in, we hope you find yourself in love with this "little Switzerland" mountain town like we are. This is our retreat, we are happy to share it with you and let it be yours as well!

Families, hunters, couples, all are welcome to enjoy the indoor/outdoor private areas with their rustic southwest decor in the lower level walkout. 1.5 miles from the "last genuine cowtown" Crawford, CO, (you might see a cattle drive going through town), 1 mile from the Crawford Lake, 11 miles to Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. Our guest cottage was built in 2022 and offers a 1 bedroom (Queen Bed) with closet, 1 bath with walk-in shower, cozy living room with vaulted ceilings, 50” Smart TV, internet and free Wifi, small kitchenette with table and 2 chairs, heat and air conditioning, We will be adding a covered front porch summer/spring 2024. The house features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with sleeper sofa, kitchen, dining area, and a second living area downstairs. Outside you’ll find a patio with fire pit where you can sit around a campfire and enjoy the incredible view of Needle Rock and surrounding mountains. We also offer an RV site with full hookup.
