The Misty River Haven! Great place for a fishing trip or a weekend getaway! This cozy little spot sits right on the Obey River in Celina. It is just 1 mile out of town and a short 5 minute drive from Dale Hollow Lake. This house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a full kitchen. Outside, enjoy 2 covered porches. One, of course, overlooking the beautiful and misty Obey River. It also conveniently has a fish cleaning station for the catch of the day. Come enjoy Celina and all it has to offer!

The Cottage offers comforts of home in a beautiful park-like setting a few miles on the east side of Cookeville and above Algood. The Cottage is perfect for remote work (high speed WI-FI/VPN/ethernet) and is a great value with features like a king bed in a cozy bedroom with blackout - perfect for sleeping . The full kitchen is great for cooking with fresh coffee. Adventures galore!

Located on Spring Creek, one of Tennessee's designated State Scenic Rivers, this property offers over 2,000 ft of river frontage, including 2 waterfalls. You'll have the entire custom-built suite to yourself with amazing views out every window. Listen to the springs pouring down the cliffside, birds chirping, and star gazing- all from your private porch. The entry is keyless for easy self-check in. We live on top of the hill and are available if you need anything.

Old #8 Cabin (Formally known as Key West)

Old #8 Cabin is perfect for 1 or 2 couples or a small family and is located within walking distance from the marina and the lake. This cottage offers two double beds, living area, dining room table, and full kitchen. WIFI and Smart TV’s, heat/air conditioning. Your kitchen is fully furnished with pots, pans, silverware, dishes, a 4 burner stove and oven, microwave, and coffee maker. There is a Gas Grill on the porch, perfect for grilling all the fish you catch.

Hilham House

Quaint older home where you can be downtown in 10 minutes for shopping and eating. The home is located just 4.5 miles from TTU on Hilham Rd. It’s on a 2 lane state highway. For the kids a pack n play and gates provided!(also used for dogs) Algood City Park is 4.5 miles away & Dogwood Park is within 6 miles. Want to get outdoors? Cummins Falls State park is 7 miles down the road! Lets not forget you can work out at Crossfit Mayhem. Its just a 10 minute drive.

2BR Near I 40 close to TN Tech

You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Enjoy all Cookeville and Algood have to offer! Just a couple of miles to Tennessee Tech. Ball fields are nearby! 2 miles off Highway 111. Not far off I40. Perfect if in town for weekend ball games, TN Tech events or just an overnight stay! This cozy 2BR has room for 4 guests. Welcome to The View At Happy Hollow, a bright and beautifully remodeled 1,440 sq ft lake house (updated summer 2024). Large sliding glass doors open to spacious 16' x 30' covered lakeside decks on both floors, offering stunning panoramic views of Dale Hollow Lake from indoors and out. All bookings require copies of driver’s licenses for adult guests, a signed rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit hold. Limited propane provided.
