This gorgeous stone build little house is located in a unique and peaceful setting, on the edge of one of the islands oldest settlements Mitata , right by a dramatically beautiful gorge. You will be surrounded by native nature with the scent of sage and thyme all around you. The setting around takes you back in time and allows you to truly recharge. A 5 minute walk from the house is the main village where you all find fantastic food at Michalis tavern and a market with all the necessities!

The Stone House Retreat is one of those places where the building seems to grow from the earth rather than sit upon it. Thick walls hold the cool of morning through the heat of day, a double bed fills the main room with quiet purpose, and the terrace frames a view of olive groves rolling down to sea. An exceptional traditional two stored house in the heart of the capital city of Kythera. It can accommodate up to 6 persons, in all 3 bedrooms. It consists of two levels, ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a WC. On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a small balcony with view in the Venetian Castle of Chora.
