The extensive outdoor area includes a screened-in pool and is nestled in a 2-acre, permaculture food forest with 100s of fruit trees, chickens, honey hives, and birds and butterflies. The location is close to natural parks and grocery stores and is a short drive to the beach, shopping, restaurants.

If you don't care about history, you'll still love the bedroom with green tea memory foam mattress, bathroom, fully appointed kitchen, washer/dryer, and living room with a daybed that converts to 2 twin trundles.
