Treehouse (LOTR) Stargazer Skycabin

Our LOTR themed treehouse, along with our LOTR Wizard's Cottage, have been described as a "love letter to Tolkien himself." We have been featured on PBS and WJON radio. Joan and I live on the acreage, about 200 ft. from the Wizard's Cottage and very far from the treehouse, which is located on the back part of the acreage. It has a fenced-in portion that makes up the Shire Garden. Down the hill is our nod to Mordor. Feel free to visit and dare to open the "Mor Do(o)r." Diversity is welcome.

Lakeside Sunny Rush Retreat

Peaceful lake house located on a quiet cul-de-sac. Pet-friendly lake front home. Enjoy the spacious multilevel lakeside deck overlooking the water, perfect for soaking up sun and relaxing. Home is all one level. Enjoy a kayak ride, swim or jump off the dock. Take a walk or run along a paved lakeside road in the warm weather. During the fall, take in the colors, visit a nearby orchard, or go for a round of golf at the nearby course just 10 miles away. Winter is great for a getaway too!

River Hideaway

Knotty pine nearly throughout, whirlpool bathtub, granite countertop, new appliances, washer/dryer. Cookware & dinnerware provided. Outdoor gas grill (& older charcoal) and fire bowl (bring own firewood). WiFi not available & cell service is marginal. There is a queen sz bed downstairs, the loft has a futon that flattens into small double bed, and there are 2 twin beds. No large, loud parties that go on into the night as there are neighbors, including the owners.

Comfortable homey atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy lake life. Sit on the deck or swing to enjoy lake views. Or bring a boat, whether fishing or recreational and explore the Briggs Lake chain (connected lakes: Julia, Briggs & Rush Lake). Located on the East side of Lake Julia, you will have front row seating to amazing sunsets. Local area has a general store and you are minutes away from 3 golf courses.

Sanders Lodge @Three Acre Woods

You can sleep well after a long day of snowmobiling, hunting, fishing or sight seeing at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Sit around the campfire in the evening and relax. This has a queen bed, twin trundle bed and comfy couch for sleeping. In the kitchenette there is a full size fridge, a two burner stove, microwave, coffee pot, blender and a toaster/pizza/convection oven.
