Lambhus Glacier View Cabins

Enjoy the views of Vatnajokull Glacier in your own private cabin. We are a fully licensed family run accommodation. The cabins have sleeps for up to 4 guests as well as a kitchenette and a private bathroom. Every cabin has free access to wi-fi. Guests can bring their own food and cook simple meals or visit restaurants in the vicinity. Nearby, you will find beautiful hiking trails as well as other activities, including glacier hiking, snowmobile or jeep tours and boat tours on glacier lagoons.

Ásinn-Brennistaðir 4 is 90m2 house for a group of up to 7 people +crib (year 2025). The house is located in untoucted nature next to a field on Brennistaðir farm, about 20 km from Egilsstaðir in the direction to Borgarfjörður eystri. The farm is sheep farm. We live about 400 m distance from Ásinn. Fully equipped kitchen, small sitting room, spacious bathroom (washing machine and dryer), 4 bedrooms. Good looking view, cairns, bird live, streams, family-friendly environment in peaceful nature.

Hello dear visitors! We are a team of two passionate travellers (Ieva and Nicolas) who settled down on a faraway fjord in Iceland and are excited to meet you here. We are in the middle of our life project - renovating a beautiful old house in the centre of unpronounceable Fáskrúðsfjörður. Our little cozy studio is a result of our own imagination, we created it ourselves with lots of love and personal touch. A small and cozy cabin in the quiet of the countryside, just under a mountain with a beautiful glacier as it's neighbor. With two bedrooms, one double bed and two single beds, dining and sitting area, with t.v and free wifi, well equipt kitchen. Large patio with outdoor furniture and bbq. Ideal for a quiet holiday in the countryside with beautiful hiking grounds, a geothermal hot tubs a short walk away and nature all around, and spectacular view of the northen lights during winter.

Beautiful, warm and cosy cottage for 2 people. It's located in the countryside 18 km from the town Egilsstaðir on road 931. It's on the south side of the lake on the way to Hallormsstaður the biggest forest in Iceland. The next grocery store is in Egilsstaðir. Good paved road, passable all the year. Quiet, peaceful and beautiful landscape, nice hiking trails down to the lake or up to the hills, good place to see the northern lights in wintertime.

Beautiful Cottage at Kaldá Lyngholt 2

The cottage is on a small and quiet family run farm, 8 km to the town Egilsstaðir. These small houses are cozy and heated with geothermal energy, the cottages can be booked all year around. We provide linen, towels, tea and Coffee for no extra charge. The surrounding area consists of a river, trees, northern lights, beautiful nature and during the winter time you might even see some reindeers wandering around.

You’ll love my place because of the location, its close to everything you'll need. It is recently renovated so you will feel at home. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). The address is Midgardur 6, apartment number 102.

Húsin er staðsett um 3km frá Höfn, útsýni til fjalla og jökla. Tilvalin gisting fyrir fjölskyldur eða þá sem eru að ferðast saman. Húsin rúma fjóra fullorðna. Eitt barn yngra en 12 ára dvelur án greiðslu þegar notuð eru rúm sem eru til staðar. Frítt wifi er á staðnum.

In Fljótsdal next to the farm Hóll in Norðurdalur is Hólshýsi. A cosy cottage that is surrounded by endless adventures and sounds of nature and wildlife. Close to countless highlights such as Hengifoss, Hallormstaður, the Wilderness Center and Laugarfell.

The cottage is located near the owner’s farm with lovely views over the nearby stream to the mountains behind. It is around 12 Km from Egilsstaðir and is well situated for exploring the spectacular nature of East Iceland. The farm offers horse riding.
