Kalamata Messinia Cozy Country House Mountain View

Το παραδοσιακό αυτό σπίτι των 200 περίπου χρόνων βρίσκεται στο χωριό Πολιανή της Μεσσηνίας σε ύψος 680 μέτρων στην αγκαλιά του Ταϋγέτου. Το χωριό είναι περιτριγυρισμένο απο κατάφυτες βουνοκορφές καθώς απλωνεται μέσα σε έναν εύφορο κάμπο γεμάτο μηλιές,καρυδιές και σιτηρά που τον διασχίζουν δυό ποταμοί. Ιστορικά η Πολιανή έχει καταγεγραμμένους μέχρι και σήμερα πάνω από 45 βυζαντινούς ναούς ενώ σώζεται από τη Βυζαντινή περίοδο ο ναός Κοιμήσεως της Θεοτόκου με αξιόλογες τοιχογραφίες του 12ου αιώνα.

Once upon a time, there was an imposing cobble tower in the heart of the picturesque Messinian Bay. The tower was just 1km away from the beach, hidden amidst olive groves, and had a pretty garden for guests to relax. There were wonderful places to shop, dine or go out within a radius of 1km, and the bustling city of Kalamata was just 10km away. The tower was a place of peace and tranquillity, where guests could escape the noise of the world outside and appreciate the beauty around them.

Διαθέτει ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι και βλέπει απέναντι άλλο κτίριο, ενώ από το πλάι αριστερά βλέπει θάλασσα και δεξιά κτήμα με ελαιόδεντρα. Η πρόσβαση γίνεται είτε από την πυλωτή του κτιρίου (Parking), από τις σκάλες, είτε από τη ράμπα εισόδου στην πρόσοψη του κτιρίου και κατόπιν με σκάλες για τον 2ο όροφο.

As a heat source it uses central oil heating as well as air conditioners.
