Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην πρωτεύουσα του νησιού, τη Μύρινα. Το σπίτι είναι ένας ενιαίος χώρος και είναι ημιυπόγειο. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει δυο ή τρία άτομα, καθώς υπάρχουν δυο μονά κρεβάτια και ένας καναπές που μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί σαν κρεβάτι. Σε κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχει φούρνος και δυο μεγάλα σούπερ μάρκετ. Επίσης, μερικά απο τα αξιοθέατα του νησιού απέχουν λίγα μόλις μέτρα από το σπίτι, όπως το μουσείο, το κάστρο και η κεντρική αγορά με τα καταστήματα. Παρέχεται δωρεάν πάρκινγκ στο κτίριο.

Προσφέρει ήρεμες και ξεχωριστές διακοπές, συνδυάζοντας την πολυτέλεια και την άνεση με το φυσικό περιβάλλον του χωριού και την υπέροχη θέα στον κόλπο του Θάνους.
