The villa has huge private outdoor spaces in a land of 4 hectares (40,000m2), an amazing view over the sparkling blue Aegean sea, in a unique-quiet location, the greenest part of the island, dotted with rare old oak trees classified ''Natura 2000''. Sleeps 4 people. The wonderful beaches are only three km away.

Χαλαρώστε κάνοντας μια μοναδική και ήρεμη απόδραση στο μοναδικό νησί της Κύθνου. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται μόλις 70 μέτρα πάνω από την θάλασσα στον κόλπο της Απόκρουσης. Μοναδική θέα η θάλασσα.... Κατάλληλο μέρος για χαλάρωση, ηρεμία και ξεκούραση. Απέχει μόλις 3 χιλιόμετρα από την Χώρα και ακριβώς δίπλα είναι η ξεχωριστή παραλία Κολώνα (20 λεπτά με τα πόδια).

It is my pleasure to have the chance to host you in my tradiotional house at Kythnos island. The very house is located exactly on the centre of the island, a few metres outside of the traditional village Dryopida. For instance, this acommodation is 8km far of the port Merichas, 6km from the capital (Chora), while the closest beach is 3km far (Lefkes).

Beachfront Studio in Leykes Kythnos

A traditional stone house literally built on the sand just a few meters from the seawater. You sleep and you wake up by the pure sound of soft waves and birds.Resting for one week in this house will make you feel like you have rested for a full month. Some guests say that the photos do not justify the place. It is a lot nicer being here in person.
