Its prime location benefits of the walking distance from the sea(about 300 m) and the close proximity to the vivid center of Parikia which is known for shopping, dinner and drinks. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.
