There are two bedrooms with one 140cm * 200cm bed each. These bedrooms are separated by a slidding wood wall. They share the lounge area with a small sofa, two airmchairs, a flatscreen TV and pleanty of storage space. There is a dining area with a huge dinning table and the kitchen is equipped for cooking, including fridge freezer, oven, vitro-hob, BOSCH washing machine dryer combo, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave. The bathroom has a shower big enough for two and is complete with towels, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer. THE APT. INCLUDES: Hot/cold AC, Samsung Smart TV with USB ports/HDMI cable, WIFI internet, ironing equipment. PLEASE NOTE: Check-in after 23.00h has a 20€ surcharge. Convenience and comfort in a central location and very well connected .(apartment completely renovated in April 2023). It can accommodate up to 4 people (double bed in one room and two single beds in another). It is located in the safe and quiet area of the traditional Poble Sec neighborhood, which is very nice. Only 5 minutes walk from Las Ramblas and near the sea, on the top floor of a building with elevator. Large desk and excellent Wi-Fi: ideal for teleworking.
