This property is a brand new, modern and unobstructed waterfront beach house built directly on the dunes of Parlee Beach. This is a beautiful, family friendly vacation destination that is centrally located. It is walking distance from the famous Pointe-du-Chêne wharf and only roughly 50 feet from the Parlee Beach trail, no need to drive around all day! This house is perfect for mature people, families, friends and for special occasions. This is also on a private, dead-end road for added privacy.

Technically sleeps 5 with an ideal mix of adults and children(couch or air mattress for the 5th). 4/5 adults would be too much. Minimum night requirement. Our quaint 2 storey beach house, in Shediac, has a front veranda for morning sun and a very private back deck bathed in afternoon sun, surrounded by a privacy fence. Our house is fully furnished and everything you need is here and if not, please ask!! Within sight of: Provincial park Play park Bowling alley Mini grocery & drive in theater across the street! A short walk down the cottage road to Parlee Beach and to connect to the walking/biking trails, which lead to all local attractions.

Relax in this cheerful cottage just a minute walk to the beach and walking trails. A double-lot with a firepit and deck allows for backyard games, evening fires, and relaxing in the hot tub. This cottage features a master bedroom with a queen bed, a spare bedroom with double bed and a hide-a-bed for extra guests. Situated in the heart of the town, you will have quick access to a local grocery store and park (2km), 2-18 hole golf courses (6km), Shediac, Parlee beach and restaurants (11km).

The gazebo is a great place to sip your morning coffee or glass of wine. Walking distance to a tranquil beach and conveniently located near the beaches of Parlee (Shediac) and Aboiteau (Cap-Pelé).

We have just added a new heat pump. We offer a 700sq ft loft, it has a new kitchen, new stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans etc. New hardwood flooring throughout loft and ceramic in the bathroom. I bedroom with a queen size bed. A double bed tucked away and a single cot. A newly renovated 4 piece bathroom. A living room with 2 love seat a chair end tables and television. We have added a water cooler and bottled water. We’re 3 minutes from Aboiteau beach.

Welcome to the Sea Shanty! This relaxing escape is only a 7 min walk to the beautiful Parlee Beach, and a 10 min walk to the Pointe-Du-Chene Wharf. Enjoy our peaceful home, recently updated with all the amenities for your stay with family and friends. Our 3 bedroom home consist of 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds. Load up the beach wagon for a day in the sun. Rinse off after a day at the beach with our outdoor shower followed by a perfectly barbequed meal on our patio!
