Majas on olemas hästi varustatud köök, kohvimasin, WiFi-ühendus, elutuba, 2 magamistuba peamajas koos tualeti ja duššiga. Terrassil on kolm aiamaja vooditega ja hoovipeal on olemas ka välikäimla ning Saunas kraanikauss. See koht sobib hästi 13 inimese mugavaks majutamiseks.

Silla Villa on ehitatud 80-nendatel ühepereelamuks hoolikalt valitud looduskaunisse kohta. Maja kõige suuremaks väärtuseks ongi selle asukoht ja vaade jõele ning vanale raudteesillale nii elutoast kui ka suurelt jõepoolselt rõdult. Eriti silmatorkav on see sild öösiti, kuna on ka valgustatud. Alumisel korrusel asub saun külmavee basseiniga ja kaminaruum koos jõepoolse grillimisalaga. Maja on värskelt renoveeritud 2020 aastal ja sellel on suur kinnine aed.

On võimalus teha lõket, sauna ja grilli. Magamiskohti on meil 12 ja peolaua saab katta kuni 15nele inimesele. Peoks vajalikud nõud on olemas. Asume Pärnu kesklinnast kõigest 15-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel. Valgerand asub 6.5km kaugusel.
