Cozy 50m2 loft with 2 bedrooms and living room with fireplace and modern kitchen is located on the third floor of a wooden building house (built in 1879) which is located on the Old Town's Special Conservation Zone, right in the centre of Viljandi and close to everything - cafés, lake and castle ruins. The house is freshly renovated and has central heating and modern ventilation but still with old details that are characteristic to Viljandi and adds a historic flutter and a little adventure.

The cottage is a bright and spacious 2-storey building, designed in nordic style, with wood-burning sauna. Perfect for one family or close friends; ideal for 2 persons, fine for 4 plus an infant sleeping in baby cot. We live onsite and will be happy to show you around the farm including organic apple orchard and the "slow food" production facility.

Quiet area, bus stops around 900 m, big supermarket around 1 km. 3 km to the center and 3,5 km to the beach. No noises while there are concerts or festivals in town. Not suitable for the people who have allergy for pets. Me or my representative will meet you and explain all the details. Suitable to the families with a baby if you have your own babycot with you. There is a small grocery store across the street. You have free parking space for one car and free wifi. For an additional fee you can rent sauna or oudoor hot tub. During the SUMMER months (June, July, August) cozy garden café is open, we offer a buffet breakfast every day from 8:00 to 11:30 for an additional fee.
