A large ans spacious livingroom with 50' led tv and an very confortable kitchen..... When used by two people only in winter season the second bedroom will be kept closed. In case of use (in winter with heating) the second room costs 7 euros more per night.

Ein Haus mit einer langen, spannenden Geschichte, das wir behutsam und mit großem Respekt ins 21. Jahrhundert geholt haben. Das Haus steht für sich alleine in Mitten der Natur: direkt unterhalb des Ski- und Wandergebietes Meran 2000 und nur 10km zur Stadt Meran. 170 Quadratmeter bieten Platz für acht bis zu 12 Personen. Der Garten ist sanft abfallend, gleich hinter den drei Lärchen, ca. 100meter entfernt, liegt unser anderes Chalet, das Chalet Leckplått. Private Bergblick Sauna.

Thanks to the central location of the chalet, you can start your holiday activities in summer as well as in winter directly from the accommodation by foot. Das Haus mit Blick auf die gegenüberliegenden Dolomiten ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für längere und kürzere Wanderungen.
