This tiny space features self checkin, a queen-sized bed, loft with a full-sized bed, smart TV, Wi-Fi, an electric fireplace & kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, induction stovetop & coffee maker. Basic dishes & cooking supplies provided. Full bathroom comes stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner & body wash.

My place is a historic limestone building with a loft, located on my family farm. One mile away from the interstate and 6 miles north of Ellsworth, you’ll love its convenience as much as its coziness, history, and quaint charm. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers that are looking for a unique experience in the country that isn't too far off the beaten path. This is a private building near the main farmhouse with its own living space, kitchenette, bathroom, and loft bedroom (queen).

The dining room is large enough for the entire family and kitchen has everything you need for preparing your own meals! Located in walking distance to the square, there is plenty of restaurants and boutique stores nearby!

Playground, picnic area, pool, splash park, and walking paths are just beyond the front yard at Sterling Lake.

The Parsonage 1873 - No Fees!

Make your trip unforgettable! Step back into the Wild West, the early days of Hays City! One of the oldest homes still standing from the early days of Hays, built in 1873. This two bedroom, two bath, has been renovated to reflect the rough and tumble, primitive days in Hays City. With modern amenities such as, but not limited to, heated floors, air conditioning, walk in showers, a large antique soaking tub, coffee, king and queen beds. Historic photos and books make for an interesting stay!

When you stay you'll have a full-size spa shower and bathroom; a tiny house kitchen complete with fridge, microwave, sink, toaster, coffee pot, waffle-maker, and crockpot; a table and 2 stools; a fold-out twin-sized sleeper sofa for ONE (or two if you like to be cozy); Smart TV (with outdoor amenities coming at a future date). If you're still thirsty, hit up The Well down the road! Or escape with a book in the cozy book nook. End the night under the stars beside the fire pit and land in the velvet covered Cali King bed. Start your morning winning in the gym and enjoying the sunrise on the front porch with a hot or iced coffee!

Brent & Jean’s Tiny house

This tiny house in a tiny western Kansas town offers rest and relaxation. Arrive early to enjoy a beautiful western Kansas sunset and sleep peacefully! This house was built by my high school students and I at Ness City High School. There is a concrete patio with a fire pit to enjoy the evening. Our neighbors to the west often have calves and the neighbors to the north horses in their pasture. Coming so will be a small laundromat to the south of the tiny house. Come be our guest!

Plenty of free parking on the property. Dorrance is a very safe, family friendly, area. Wilson Lake is a short drive away where you can swim, hike, bike, fish, boat, and kayak!

It’s fully heated and cooled and is a great escape, especially if you enjoy being near the water. We enjoy breathtaking views from the covered deck next to the water. You may also enjoy many amenities which contain going for walks, sitting by the fire ring, or fishing off the dock!
