The Luxury Loft is perfect for one person or a couple. The stylish surfer vibe loft is adjacent to the main house with a separate entrance. Located 2 miles from Folly Beach, walking distance to a grocery store, and 20 minutes from Downtown Charleston. Spacious shower, kitchen with hot plate, convection oven, microwave, coffee maker and blender. It has Wifi and smart TV with a split unit A/C. Off-street parking space for one and one space street parking. Beach vibes without all the crowds.

The Backpacker

Our "Backpacker" is a cute and cozy 96 sq.ft. of tiny house nirvana. Situated on a small tidal slough, it provides a beautiful natural setting for reflection and appreciation of that which is good in life. For those looking for luxury, the Backpacker is not for you (you may encounter bugs and it's really hot in summer). However, the Backpacker has a pretty cool vibe, and is extremely convenient to historic Charleston and Funky Folly Beach. The Backpacker is for backpackers and nature lovers.

From the windows and patio you can see the historic Morris Island Lighthouse and panoramic marsh views! Enjoy a gorgeous sunrise with coffee, or the evening breeze and glass of wine from your private, ground level patio. Perfect size for one or two couples, or a romantic getaway. Your private, renovated flat occupies the top floor of our elevated home. We live in the floor below and use a separate entrance.
