A cozy, light-filled studio on Peaks Island — a welcoming island just a quick, scenic 20-minute ferry ride from downtown Portland. The Little House has cottagecore charm with modern touches: a full daybed with trundle, kitchenette (fridge, burners, microwave, French press, and kettle), and a small tiled bathroom. 2026 UPDATES: A/C + Washer/dryer! Relax on the patio or lawn with comfy chairs. Enjoy ocean air, shared beach access, and an easy walk to the ferry + cafes/restaurants/shops downfront!

Watch the boat come in while enjoying a quiet sunset from your front yard.
