Das Ferienhaus ist Ende 2019 neu erbaut worden und steht im Droompark Maasduinen. Wie auf den Bilder zu erkennen, bietet das Haus eine moderne und gemütliche Einrichtung. Die Küche hat einen Gasherd mit vier Kochstellen, eine Spülmaschine und ein Mikrowellenkombi-Ofen. Darüber hinaus enthält sie die üblichen Küchengeräte. Das Bad zeichnet sich durch ein Fenster und eine ebenerdige Dusche aus. Vom Wohnzimmer gelangt man direkt auf die großzügige Terrasse, die im Sommer zum verweilen einlädt.

Het huisje is rustig gelegen aan het einde van een weg in het park Maasduinen. Daarnaast ligt het op de stijlrand waardoor er een mooi uitzicht is op de landerijen en de achterliggende dorpen. Het huisje zelf is comfortabel ingericht met twee gescheiden slaapkamers met ieder een eigen badkamer. De master bedroom heeft ook een toilet. Ruime woonkamer met open keuken en een apart toilet. Ontspan en kom tot rust in deze vredige, stijlvolle ruimte. Aparte berging met aansluiting voor e-bikes
