If you are looking for an affordable, unique and beautiful getaway, then you have found your destination. A family residential complex, just 3' from the sea and also next to some of the most popular beach-bars of Halkidiki. The "Geobasement- Village" is located in a quiet place with a huge yard and BBQ. In the BASEMENT there are 2 bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. While the bathroom is located outside the apartment in the common area of the yard.

-A very convenient house right on the seafront with incredible views and direct access to the sea. It has two bedrooms, a living room/extra bedroom, a kitchen and a WC with a Shower, offering views while you relax. -You will have the house for yourself (PRIVATE) but please note that the garden and the front terrace balcony is SHARED with another Family. - THE AREAS ARE DESIGNATED and everyone has their own side at the balcony and at the garden.
