When I found this little mobile home community on Miflin Creek, I knew I'd found something special- a peaceful place to kayak,bird watch,fish, and enjoy the beauty of the creek. Today, I'm grateful to share it with my guests. Miflin Creek flows into Wolf Bay and the Gulf, yet you're only 8 minutes from OWA, close to great restaurants, and a short drive to Alabama's beautiful Gulf Coast beaches. The one-bedroom condo is located on Pensacola Beach in Tristan Towers. (The second bedroom is not accessible due to storage use.) Has an incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico and Pensacola Bay (wrap-around balcony). Located on the bay side, a short walk across the street allows easy access to white sand beaches and Gulf waters. The property has tennis courts, a swimming pool, and a pier. Shops, restaurants, and activities are nearby. Free trolley service runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

There is a walking/biking paved path. 5 minute walk to the beach. 1.5 mile to the main business area. This unit is comfortable for 4 adults or Two adults and 3 youths, any extra (adult) person needs to be approved upon reservation and an extra fee could be implemented. Person making reservation must be at least 23 year old.
