Whether you're visiting for work or leisure, you'll enjoy a quiet and comfortable space with all the essentials. This includes a small kitchen, a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, and a small sitting area. Located in a safe and friendly neighborhood, you’ll be just minutes from local restaurants, shops, and attractions.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Urban setting. Walking distance to both hospitals. Bus stop nearby. Walking distance to restaurants. Smoke/pet free. Full size bed. Microwave, small frig, coffee pot. NO STOVE, NO WASHER, NO DRYER Private entrance, on site parking. The studio is the back area to a house. The bedroom has no connecting walls. The ac/heater is shared and thermostat is in house; however the studio stays at a comfortable temp.

This sits on an acre property with another 5 room unit. The people on the property are mostly workers from out of town who need a quick stop, a week to find an apartment, or month to month stays. The bed size is Queen. The door has a code lock to checkin at your convenience. Part of the road is unpaved and shown in a picture. Please take this fact into consideration before booking. I cannot pave the road as it does not belong to me.

Cute and comfortable studio cottage! We have the perfect spot in the Tall City for quick vacations, family getaways, or long-term corporate travel. Great location right off the loop and just a short drive from downtown. High speed WiFi, workspace, stocked kitchenette, reverse osmosis drinking water, mini-split AC & heating, and a shared patio and backyard space.
