Entire 1300 sq ft upper level(tenants reside in the bottom level) is perfect for families or small groups, nestled on a serene 10-acre lot. Inside, enjoy a well-appointed living area, fully equipped kitchen, and three inviting bedrooms. A perfect getaway close to everything!! *note we do use the dressers and bedroom closets for storage, so they aren’t available, but there is plenty of other space available for your storage!

About 4 blocks from downtown- walk/bike to Lake Michigan, restaurants, breweries, etc. Short drive to Ludington State Park, Pentwater, and Silver Lake. WIFI, Roku, bedding, towels, Coffee maker for both pods or standard pot, crockpot, & more.

Beautiful view of Lincoln Lake. We are in the perfect location, 3 miles to town and 3 miles to the State Park, right on Lincoln Lake. Come and enjoy some time relaxing in a private guest house. Enjoy a hot tub or time in the sauna, after a nice ride on kayaks. Two kayaks are for your use while you visit. Lincoln Lake goes right out into Lake Michigan. We offer Wi-Fi and a fully private kitchen, living room w/ TV, dining room, bedroom, and office. Ludington has a ton of wonderful things to do.

Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, pine and sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained, hiker only, trail winds through the woods. Hosting only adults, this property was designed for romantic getaways.
